Advertising Alumni are invited to hear from Chair, Gary Goldsmith (BFA 81) as he shares the exciting changes in the Advertising Department.

Many of our advertising grads are now starting their careers, or expanding their careers at companies like Apple, Google, Facebook, Squarespace and Snap Chat, where they are creating work across a wide spectrum of media. They’re now involved in every facet of a brand’s presentation of itself and are applying their creative talent in a more multi-disciplinary manner than ever before. To reflect this broadening of the role our grads are now playing, the name of the department will be changing to “Creative Direction.”
