ACX Tuition and Discounts

Thank you for your interest in enrolling in ArtCenter Extension! Here, you'll find information on ACX tuition, as well as discounts for teachers, alumni and more.

ACX Tuition for Courses

  • ACX studio courses: $415, per credit unit.
  • Humanities and Sciences courses: $240 per credit unit.
  • Transferable studio courses: range from $320-$415 per credit unit. These courses can transfer to one of ArtCenter’s full-time degree programs. See information about course transferability.
  • The cost of noncredit workshops and special course offerings varies. See individual course descriptions for fee information.

To hold your place in a course, you must complete the registration form and submit full payment. Scholarships are also available.

Though we strive to keep course tuition as low as possible, ACX must occasionally increase its course tuition to adjust for increases in operational costs. We notify enrolled ACX students of tuition increases as early as possible.

Federal and state financial aid programs are not applicable to ACX tuition.

A $20 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
