Biography

Tyler Whisnand has worked in a 19th-century cathedral in Amsterdam, a Medieval villa in Treviso, a former ice house in Portland, skyscrapers in New York and Hong Kong, and a spaceship in Cupertino, California. He is a former partner of KesselsKramer where he created communication for the Hans Brinker Budget Hotel Amsterdam, Diesel, do©, Nike, and the campaign for the city of Amsterdam: Iamsterdam. He has been an editor, writer and photographer for COLORS magazine, a publication of Benetton. He led the Nike and Levi’s accounts as creative director at Wieden+Kennedy where he also oversaw the W+K12 school. Most recently, Tyler was Executive Creative Director at Apple where he led campaigns for Apple products and services. At Apple, he founded and created an innovative creative communications program: the Orchard. He is the author of the books 101 things to do©, 2 Kilo of KK, and Helpful Communication.
