Biography

Ken Aguado is an Emmy-winning producer, screenwriter, playwright and author. His most recent films are the acclaimed theatrical filmAn Interview with God, which he wrote and produced, and the award-winning PBS documentary Miracle on 42nd Street. His previous producer credits include Standing Up, The Salton Sea, Ticker, Crazy as Helland Sexual Life. Ken was also the executive producer of two seasons of the cooking series The Italian American Cook and the co-author of pitching textbook The Hollywood Pitching Bible, now in its 4th edition, andBased On: A Non-Lawyer's GUIDE to Acquiring Film and Television Rights from Everywhere.Prior to his producing career, Aguado was a studio executive for several production companies, including Kings Road Entertainment, Miller-Boyett Productions and The Badham/Cohen Group. Aguado was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. He attended Tulane University in New Orleans where he graduated with a degree in Psychology.
