BFA 81 Photography and Imaging

Andrew D. Bernstein’s photography has graced thousands of newspapers, magazine covers and major advertising campaigns for more than three decades. He has worked with the world’s top athletes on projects for Nike, Reebok, Adidas, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Icy Hot and GlaxoSmithKline. His unique rapport with athletes allows him exclusive access to behind-the-scenes moments, some of which were showcased in the book he co-authored with legendary NBA coach Phil Jackson, "Journey to the Ring." Andrew D. Bernstein Associates Photography has served as team photographer for the L.A. Lakers, L.A. Kings, L.A. Clippers and L.A. Dodgers. His unique style has led to commissioned exhibitions throughout the country, including the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, where he is among only four photographers whose work was selected for permanent exhibition. Bernstein was inducted into the National Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Southern California Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2001.
