Freelance illustrator and designer Paul Rogers has designed everything from postage stamps for the United States Postal Service to posters for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. Other clients include the Los Angeles County MTA, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, “The New York Times,” “The New Yorker,” Nike, Pixar Animation Studios, Pentagram, Playboy Jazz Festival, Southern Poverty Law Center and Warner Bros. Studios. He has received numerous accolades, including awards from the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the Association of Illustrators/London and The Society of Illustrators. His work has been exhibited at the Stella Jones Gallery (New Orleans), the Mendenhall Sobieski Gallery (Pasadena), and at The Cummer Museum of Art (Jacksonville, Florida). An instructor at ArtCenter, Rogers has collaborated on two award-winning children’s books with Wynton Marsalis, illustrated a children’s book by Bob Dylan, and authored “Name That Movie: 100 Illustrated Movie Puzzles.”
