How would a flying ride service actually work?

Uber sponsored a project with ArtCenter to design the end to end journey for an E-VTOL service. This involved infrastructural understanding of where these vehicles will land and take off, design of the vehicle and all supporting infrastructure and every touch point a customer could come in contact with.
