Tasha Kusama is pursuing her passion for painting and contemporary art as a gallery artist and creative director at CNL Mannequins based in Orange County. Her work, which has received recognition from "Juxtapoz" and "Hi-Fructose," has been shown in several gallery exhibitions. She has been featured in Cartoon Network’s 20th anniversary book as well as in "American Illustration," Booooooom, "Beautiful/Decay" and The Working Proof. Kusama was also profiled in VMSD’s 2015 Look Book which highlighted her work with global retailers such as Uniqlo, Target, Trina Turk, Macy’s, J.C. Penney, Hermes, Guess, Quiksilver, Loft and Levi’s. Her work with CNL won the Best in Show Booth Award presented by DDI at GlocalShop 2013. Kusama, who has taught workshops on figure drawing at ArtCenter, teaches DIY printmaking and textile classes at ArtCenter for Kids.
