A son of Nigerian emigrants, Ini Archibong draws from architecture, environmental and product design; design strategy; and lifelong passions for mathematics, philosophy and world religions. He founded Design by Ini in 2010. An ArtCenter Edwards Endowed Scholar and an Outreach Grant recipient, Archibong also has a master’s in luxury design from ECAL (École cantonale d’art de Lausanne). His industry honors include selection as an ICFF Studio winner. He has been on lecture panels at the College Art Association conference and at the University of Southern California’s School of Architecture with esteemed architects and designers such as Frank Gehry and Karim Rashid. Archibong’s work has been exhibited globally, including at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. He has also designed and consulted for top brands such as Bernhardt Design, De Sede and Herman Miller and been featured in various print and online publications.
