On January 15th 1976, construction was completed, and Art Center held its dedication ceremony.  Keynote speakers included: William Mitchell, GM vice-president; Bill Lacy, head of the Architecture and Environmental Arts Division of the National Endowment for the Arts; and author Ray Bradbury, seen in this photograph.
